VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER:

Saturday, February 11 and Tuesday, February 14, 2012

Warm your hearts from winter's chill with a romantic evening in Terzo Piano. Pick one of two evenings to treat your valentine to a four-course dinner, cocktail service, a live band, and one of the best views in the city. Dinner service begins at 6:00 p.m., and the last seating is at 8:45 p.m. Tickets are $110 per person or $100 per person for museum members. Tax and gratuity are not included. INTERACTIVE COOKING DEMONSTRATION:

Sunday, March 25, 2012 – Create a Pasta Masterpiece

3:00–5:00 p.m.

Our first interactive demo was such a success that we had to do another one! This time, you'll learn to create a perfect pasta dish just the way you like it. Chef Meg Colleran Sahs will show how we create our house-made pastas and sauces; then we'll supply you with freshly made pasta and a variety of complimentary ingredients and sauces for you to mix up your own dish. Hand-picked beverage pairings will be served to wash it all down. As always, the recipes will be available to take home, so you can recreate your masterpiece in your own kitchen. On Easter Sunday, nobody does brunch like Terzo Piano! Our extensive gourmet buffet features classic brunch favorites with a modern twist. Since no brunch is complete without a little bubbly, your table will receive a bottle of sparkling wine and a variety of juices to create your own delicious cocktails! 3:00–5:00 p.m.

Summer is the peak of produce season, and the team at Terzo Piano loves using ingredients that are at their seasonal prime. Chef Meg Colleran Sahs will teach you how to find the best produce available at the farmers' market. Taste each dish while learning how to make flavorful summer fruits and vegetables the star of your plate. Seasonal beverage pairings complete your meal. Sunday, September 23, 2012 – Vino and Van Gogh

3:00–5:00 p.m.

We continue our tradition of artist-themed demonstrations with Vincent Van Gogh. The famous Post-Impressionist may not have always been able to afford to eat as well as he would've liked, be he describes many of his favorite foods in various letters written during his lifetime. Chef Meg Colleran Sahs takes these letters as inspiration for this demonstration, and our wine expert Cathy Mantuano will pair each dish with a cleverly chosen wine. Taste each dish while you learn about the food, the wines, and the art of Vincent van Gogh. As always, you'll be able to take the recipes home and try them for yourself. Cost is $65 per person.
