Terzo Piano is on a mission to create more awareness about how far your food travels before it hits your plate. We enlisted a few local chefs to help us spread the word. Allison and Rob Leavitt of Mado (Chicago, IL), Jason Hammel and Amalea Tshilds of Lula Café (Chicago, IL) and Josh Adams of June (Peoria, IL) will join our own Meg Colleran Sahs in creating delicious passed appetizers and main course tastings using main ingredients sourced from local farms.. Beverages will be provided by Koval, Seedling, Northshore Distillery and Two Brothers Brewery. The finishing touch is a lovely dessert display that will make your mouth water! You’ll be able to walk around and mingle with each chef and beverage provider to learn about their vision and why they choose local ingredients. Ticket price includes appetizers and main course tastings from each chef, a dessert display, selected beverages, tax and gratuity. Chef di Cucina Meg Colleran Sahs and Beverage Manager Ryan Paykert will offer creative ideas for livening up the holidays with recipes that include new twists on old, classic favorites. Watch the action while enjoying a tasting of each item prepared. You’ll also enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail paired with each course. The cost is $85 per person.
